SFMP series stainless steel suspension magnetic pump, is the most newly developed suspension magnetic force drive pump, using magnetic coupler to transfer power, completely sealed without leakage, when the motor drives the magnetic coupling of the external magnetic rotation, magnetic line through the gap and isolation, acting on the inner magnetic steel, so that the pump rotor and the motor synchronous rotation, no mechanical contact to transfer torque.
Because the liquid is sealed in the isolation sleeve, the leakage of the material is completely solved, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the health of the staff on the production line is protected.

The main features

With the environmental protection, global attention and the implementation of the corresponding environmental protection laws and regulations, combined with the media situation of domestic users and domestic production of magnetic force process, our company researchers developed a new generation of invention patent products (patent number: 202010309815.3).

1. The pump body inlet adopts triangular type, which can reduce the NPSE in the pump and improve the efficiency of the pump;

2, the pump body inlet triangle is fixed pump shaft and sliding sleeve, the back end of the pump shaft is suspended in the middle of the isolation sleeve, the pump shaft does not turn, solve the impeller nut and internal magnetic nut loose, reduce sliding bearing wear and shaft power;

3. The impeller adopts a multi-blade, open-type impeller with a blade, which can improve the efficiency of the pump and reduce the pressure in the pump and the isolation sleeve;

4. The impeller is driven by an outer circular arc gear, and the outer teeth of the impeller are freely matched with the inner teeth on the inner magnetic field. The axial force is automatically adjusted when the pump is running to reduce the shaft power of the pump.

5. The inner hole of the impeller adopts Morse taper fit, and the assembly of sliding bearings does not need heating fit;

6. Internal magnetic adopts internal circular arc gear, which drives the external circular arc gear of the impeller. The pump automatically adjusts the middle position of internal magnetic and external magnetic during operation to reduce the axial force of the pump.

7, sleeve, sliding bearing, static ring using pressure-free sintered silicon carbide, with high hardness, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance;

8, sliding bearing improved Morse taper match, assembly and replacement more convenient;

9, the whole pump group adopts three bolt after the top structure, do not need two people pull out, the middle bracket has three bolt top, one person can internal maintenance and parts replacement, do not need to remove the import and export pipeline.

Scope and purpose of use

Stainless steel suspension magnetic pump can transport containing fine suspended particles, temperature below 250ºC of any acid and alkali organic capacitive, chemical, petroleum, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical, highly toxic, flammable, explosive and other valuable liquid processing industry of the first products.
Up and running with maintenance

A. Clean up the debris around the equipment that affects the safety of the equipment and operators.

B. Before starting up, the pump should be filled with liquid to be transported (if the pump is in the case of suction), open the inlet valve, close the outlet gate valve, and connect the power supply.

C. Connect the power supply and check whether the steering of the pump is correct.

D. Several groups of trial operation for 3-6 minutes, if there is no abnormal phenomenon can be put into operation.

F. In the first time of start up after long-term shutdown or pump maintenance, remove the fan cover of the motor and manually coil the motor, check whether the magnetic pump rotates flexibly, and install the fan cover after it is confirmed that there is no problem.

Normal parking

Close the gate valve at the outlet before cutting off the power supply.

Emergency stop

Stop the motor immediately, and then close the outlet and inlet valves.

Repair and maintenance

1. Check the pump and motor regularly and replace the vulnerable parts.

2. When the machine is not used for a long time, the inner flow channel of the pump should be cleaned and the power supply should be cut off.

3. No idle operation is allowed.

Matters needing attention in operation

A. Pay attention to the pressure difference between the front and back of the filter at the suction end. When the pressure difference increases, it means that there is a foreign body clogging on the filter.

B. Whether the discharge volume and discharge pressure conform to the prescribed value;

C. Abnormal sound and vibration. If abnormal sound or vibration occurs, cavitation erosion or excessive wear of bearings is generally indicated.

E. Whether the pump cavitation occurs: open the outlet valve of the pump, and when the flow rate reaches a certain amount and suddenly makes noise and vibration, then continue to open the valve larger. If the flow rate still does not increase, it indicates cavitation. Exhaust operation should be carried out in case of cavitation. Note: the magnetic pump must not operate in the cavitation state, if it continues to operate in this state, it will cause early bearing wear.

F. Whether the current value of the motor exceeds the rated current.

G. Whether the temperature of each part of the pump is abnormally overheated.

H. The pressure of the nitrogen pressure stabilizer system shall be maintained within the specified range.
